1. Bookings & Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

• Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course may be rescheduled (subject to availability).

• Cancellations made within 14 days of the course are non-refundable.

• If Studio Alchemy Ltd must cancel or reschedule a course, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another date.

3. Attendance

• Please arrive on time; late arrivals may miss important instructions and we cannot guarantee being able to catch you up.

• If you do not attend a booked course, no refund or reschedule will be provided.

4. Health & Safety

• All participants must follow the safety instructions provided during the course.

• Studio Alchemy Ltd is not liable for injuries caused by failure to follow safety guidance.

• Please inform us in advance of any medical conditions or allergies that may affect your participation.

5. Use of Materials & Finished Work

• Materials and tools are provided for use during the course unless otherwise specified.

• Finished jewellery pieces made in the course are for personal use only and not for resale without permission.

6. Liability

• Studio Alchemy Ltd is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings brought to the course.

• Participation is at your own risk.

7. Photography & Marketing

• We may take photos/videos during courses for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let us know in advance.

• All teaching content, course designs, and materials remain the intellectual property of Studio Alchemy Ltd and may not be reproduced or taught elsewhere without permission.
